Account deletion instructions

You can request deletion of your HCP PRO account and associated data.

Request by email

1. Email golfhcpapp@gmail.com from the email address connected to your HCP PRO account.
2. Use the subject line HCP PRO Account Deletion.
3. Confirm that you want the account and associated app data deleted.

What is deleted

After verification, we will delete the account information and app data associated with the account, subject to information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or transaction-record requirements.

Local data

Uninstalling the app removes local app data from the device. Cloud account data requires a deletion request using the process above.
