How to request deletion

To request deletion of your HCP PRO account and associated app data, email support@hcpprogolf.com from the same email address used for your HCP PRO account.

Suggested subject line: Delete my HCP PRO account

What will be deleted

  • Account and login data associated with your email where applicable.
  • Stored app data associated with your account where applicable.
  • Golf data linked to your account where applicable, including score differentials, rounds, custom courses, course and tee details, and handicap calculations.

What may not be deleted

  • Records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, transaction, accounting, or compliance reasons.
  • App store purchase records controlled by Google Play or Apple.

Local device data

You can also remove local app data by deleting the app or clearing app data on your device.

Processing timeframe

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.
