Information we use

HCP PRO may use the following information to provide the app:

• Email address for account login and authentication.
• App usage and account data needed for the app to work.
• Golf data entered by you, such as score differentials, rounds, custom courses, course and tee details, and handicap calculations.
• Purchase or subscription status from Google Play or Apple where applicable.

How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts, calculate and display Handicap Index information, save app data and user progress, provide support, and manage subscription access.

Data sharing

HCP PRO does not sell personal data and does not sell advertising data. Service providers may process data needed for authentication, hosting, email, app store billing, support, and app functionality.

Payments

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Google Play or Apple in-app purchase systems where applicable. HCP PRO does not collect your payment card details directly.

Data deletion

You can request account and data deletion by emailing support@hcpprogolf.com. The Delete Account and Data page explains the process.

Data retention

We keep data while your account is active or as needed for app functionality, legal, security, fraud prevention, or support purposes.

Children

HCP PRO is not directed to children under 13.

We use reasonable technical safeguards designed to protect app and account data. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
